How long have you been in business?
Fred Moore founded Moore Computing in 1998 after providing IT support and consulting on his own for six years.
What are your rates?
Rates vary depending on the experience and skill level of the service engineer. Call us for more information on our rates.
Do you require a contract?
We do require that you sign our standard letter of engagement but you can discontinue service at any time if you are dissatisfied.
How do you bill?
Moore Computing offers several billing options:
- Weekly Time and Material invoicing
- Fixed Fee Projects
- Monthly Managed Service Fee
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We can also help with leasing and financing.
What if we are not satisfied with the service provided by Moore Computing?
Moore Computing guarantees our service. If you are unhappy with the service performed, we will promptly credit your invoice.

What is your service area?
We serve the 50 mile radius of the metropolitan St. Louis region including southern Illinois. We also have a network of partners to support remote branches outside of our service area.
